A roaster that carefully selects beans from all over the world and roasts them to create their own taste. In recent years, the culture of enjoying coffee is focusing on the origin of beans and roasting. There are even cafes that change the extraction for each roaster and make it a course. In addition, cafes that pursue coziness are also evolving. This issue would introduce the increasing new coffee places and roasters all over Japan, as well as the people — It is a new coffee era that you can experience more than just drinking!
