“いつでも!おいしい酒場” (一起去喝酒吧！)
以「Eat Play Works」為理念，今年夏天在廣尾登場的全新複合設施「The Restaurant」，在一樓與二樓的美食街裡一共進駐17間個性派店家，其中最受矚目的就是西麻布知名餐廳「L'Effervescence」打造的小酒館「Bistro Némot」、在紐約大排長龍的墨西哥料理餐廳「Oxomoco」與以透明豚骨湯造成話題的拉麵店「豚そば 月や」。
 
另外，以往釀造廠都建於有清澈水質的大自然中，但近年在東京也有許多都市型釀造廠與蒸餾所陸續誕生，像是位於JR秋葉原車站至御徒町車站高架橋下的複合設施一角，在2019年12月就開了一間提供精釀啤酒的「常陸野啤酒釀造實驗室」。以「大樓中橫丁」、「都市型蒸餾所與釀造所」和「下酒麵包」… 等為主題，給喜歡喝酒的你。本期特別為大家介紹2020年最受注目的酒場。
 
“Anytime! A Delicious Bar”
With the concept of "Eat Play Works, the brand new compound facility "The Restaurant", which opened this summer in Hiroo, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, a total of 17 unique shops are located in the food courts on the first and second floors. Among which,  “Bistro Némot” created by the famous restaurant "L'Effervescence" in Nishiazabu is the talk of the town, the Mexican restaurant "Oxomoco" is very popular in New York, and the ramen restaurant "Butasoba Tsukiya" uses transparent pork bone soup to get attention.
 
In addition, in the past, breweries were built in nature with clear water, but in recent years, many urban breweries and distilleries have been born in Tokyo, such as in the corner of a complex facility located under the viaduct between JR Akihabara Station and Okachimachi Station. In December 2019, the "Hitachino Brewing Lab." opened to provide craft beer. With themes such as “Food Alley in Building", "Urban Distillery and Brewing House" and “Bread For Wine"... For those who like to drink, this issue will introduce you to the most watched wineries in 2020.
