When you travel, you should trust the locals as they will definitely tell you more than guidebooks. This Taiwan issue is based on this philosophy. We adopted many ideas from those awesome Taiwan city boys; they knew a lot about the city, and kindly introduced us to some of their favorite places, like cool shops and great eateries in their neighborhood.
